The effects of work-life balance on the well-being of older workers: same-same or same-different?

Purpose The purpose of this paper is to extend the study work-life balance (WLB) by exploring influence WLB amongst older workers. Theoretically, suggests that psychological benefits age on relationships between and well-being might be stronger for those “younger” workers than working toward or beyond retirement age.
